Terms

• This 50% discount until November 2023 offer (“Offer”) is valid for new and previous West Quay Offices members, who have not been active West Quay Offices members for at least two (2) months. Offer redeemable from May 23, 2023 through September 15, 2023, and the West Quay Offices private office plan agreement must be signed by September 15, 2023.
• Offer participants will receive a West Quay Offices private office plan and have access to West Quay Offices at the discounted price of fifty percent (50%) off monthly private office fees per month until November 2023 (the “Promotional Period”).
• Promotion is only available with 12- months contract and commitment. Month-to-month or daily private office rental are not included in this promotion.
• Participants must enter the promotional code PRIVATE50OFF during the checkout process or we will add for you if you are signing up in person.
• At the end of the Promotional Period, participant’s West Quay Offices private office monthly plan will automatically renew on a monthly basis, and the payment method on file will be automatically charged the full applicable market rate plus applicable taxes on the following month.
• If you want to terminate your contract before 12-months, you need to compensate by paying month-to-month regular rate since your contract start without the promotional discount.
• After your first year, your membership will converted to month-to-month on our yearly prices. You  cancel your West Quay Offices private office monthly plan by providing us with at least five (30) days’ notice prior to the last day of your invoice date  in accordance with the West Quay Offices Terms and Conditions by contacting us at [email protected] or through the West Quay Offices mobile app or members portal.
