# How do I find my PIN number?

Your PIN number is key for many things in West Quay Offices. You will need it to unlock doors, connect to WiFi, and check in and out of our workspaces.

### In the welcome email we sent to you when you signed up:

Your PIN number was in the "Welcome" email we sent to you when you signed up for the West Quay Offices portal. Please search for the email with the subject "**Welcome to West Quay Offices**.". Your PIN number is under the **Access ID** field and it is 5 digits.

Never share your PIN number with others, as it is a big security risk.

### Through a web browser, using your computer or mobile device:

Access the [Members Portal](https://members.westquayoffices.com) at [https://members.westquayoffices.com](https://members.westquayoffices.com) and browse to **Settings** -> **My Account** -> **Password** -> **Your PIN and password**
