In 2020 we moved our offices from Gastown to the West Quay Offices in North Vancouver, because we wanted an environment that matched our ambitious company culture better. We are a Lower Middle Market Private Equity fund that invests in profitable impact companies across North America. West Quay offered us the high level of services, meeting facilities, and high quality of offices that people associate with our quality brand. Our staff now enjoy a short boat ride to come to the offices and never have to worry about parking nor their safety again. The location also allows us to quickly go out on team hikes when we want to have a fresh air discussion.

Our Electric Vehicle startup was working fully remote at the beginning of COVID. We preferred however to find an office where we could have our growing team work out of, while still remaining flexible. Our team helps fleet operators transition their fleet to EV by providing turn key services for the installation of chargers, procurement of vehicles and financing. We needed a professional location with good shared services and we found that in West Quay Offices. It has been a real pleasure with Hussein and his team taking good care of us. We are growing fast and still have room to grow at West Quay. It is a pleasure being here and the location is fantastic. Easily accessible with a good view of the harbour.
