Team Membership

  • Is there a commitment?

    Team membership is month to month. If you are considering cancelling your team membership we ask that you give us 15-days notice.

  • Are there any hidden fees which are not included in plan fee?

    There are no hidden fees or additional expenses unless otherwise agreed upon. Such as printing, mailing services or additional meeting room hours above your membership allotment. 

    All services for your startup will be included in your desired plan.  

    We do offer numerous additional high tech and special services which may be beneficial for you and your company. You can view these in detail while browsing your plan, and as well as on our products page.

  • Do you provide computers or monitors?

    We do not provioce computers, you need to bring your own. Some resources have additonal monitors where you can connect your laptop or movie device though. Private Booths have Dell monitors and meeting rooms have 4K HD TVs where you can connect your devices with USB C cable. We provide cable.

  • Can I downgrade my plan?

    Yes, you can downgrade your plan to smaller one if your team got smaller. We have 3 plans designed for up to 3, 5 and 10 members at once.

  • Can I upgrade my plan to a larger one?

    Yes, you can upgrade your plan anytime to a larger plan.

  • What if my team needs more day passes?

    If you have no Day Passes left in a month, we will add your account Day Pass with your discounted fee which will be between 30-50% depending your plan.

    You can also upgrade to bigger plan which will benefit more discounts for you.

  • What are the hours my team can access to work spaces?

    The public office hours in West Quay Offices is 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday except Statuary holidays. Your team can access to our spaces during these hours.

  • Can I bring guests with me?

    Absolutely, we hope you do! Your guests are free to join you for meetings in our Meeting Rooms. If your guest wants to come work for the day, we will simply add a discounted Day Pass to your account. The discount depends your team Membership level which is between 30-50% of regular price.

  • What is the etiquette?

    Our etiquette and house rules are listed here, and we ask every team member to read it or use it as a source when they need them.

  • Do my team’s passes and credits roll over If we don’t use them all in a month?

    No, all day passes and cash back credits for resources start fresh every month on your billing date.

Amazing work office area with a beautiful lounge like area with excellent coffee station soft drinks. Small private rooms for making calls printers and a big meeting room. Very clean and presentable. The front desk receptionist ( Hussein) is very helpful and polite always has a smile. Also has a library for your guest or family waiting for you. I recommend this office space worth the rent.

After having reviewed many office spaces in Lower Lonsdale, this one is definitely the best. First of all it's very well managed by Huseyin. The amenities are outstanding, there are multiple meeting rooms, various boots for lunch or catch-ups, a fully stocked kitchen (coffee/water/tea/juices/hotdogs), various printers etc. There is a good vibe, the various companies mingle well and are respectful to each other. Office spaces are all different in size and shape so there is something for everyone. I've been here for 8 months and plan on staying much longer
I visited West Quay offices a couple of times. First of all, people working there are so nice and helpful. Second, it’s a great place to work or study, quiet and they have delicious coffee for free. Last but not the least, high speed internet and free visitor parking. That was overall a great experience being there. Thank you guys!
