The integration between Google Calendar and West Quay Offices Portal helps to keep all your booking calendars synchronized at all times.
Every booking you create in our portal or Passport mobile application will automatically be added to one of your Google calendars, and every booking you create in Google Calendar will be added to your Portal bookings calendar.
Microsoft Outlook/Office 365
Connect your Office 365 account though your account on the Members Portal. This allows you and your team to book resources directly from your Outlook calendar, while bookings made via the Members Portal are also automatically added to their Outlook Calendar.
Apple Calendar
Connect your Apple Calendars though your account on the Members Portal. This allows you and your team to book resources directly from your Apple calendar, while bookings made via the Members Portal are also automatically added to their Outlook Calendar.
Zoom

Access the Bookings section of West Quay Offices Members’ Portal and make bookings directly from Teams. Teams users have access to all the views of the Members Portal Bookings section.
