  1. This 1-month free on a 12-month term offer (“Offer”) is valid for new and previous West Quay Offices members who have not been active West Quay Offices members for at least two (2) months. The offer is available for immediate redemption.
  2. Offer participants will receive a West Quay Offices private office plan and have access to West Quay Offices at the discounted price for the next 12 months (the “Promotional Period”).
  3. Participants will only pay 11 months of rent total in a 12-month period, and 1 month of rent will be equally deducted from monthly payments, which is advertised above.
  4. Promotion is only available with a 12-month contract and commitment. Month-to-month or daily private office rentals are not included in this promotion.
  5. A credit card on file or 12 postdated cheques are required to participate in this offer.
  6. If you want to terminate your contract before 12 months, you need to compensate by paying a month-to-month regular rate since your contract starts without the promotional discount of the package you’ve chosen (Basic or VIP).
  7. At the end of the promotion, after your first year, your membership will be converted to month-to-month based on our 12-month annual prices, and you will qualify for our 2% loyalty discount this time.
  8. After 12 months of completion, you can cancel your West Quay Offices private office monthly plan by providing us with at least sixty (30) days’ notice prior to the last day of your invoice date in accordance with the West Quay Offices Terms and Conditions by contacting us in person or emailing [email protected] or through the West Quay Offices mobile app or members portal.
  9. The offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, can’t be redeemed for cash, and can’t be combined with other offers.
  10. We may modify or terminate the offer at any time without notice. The offer is limited in quantity due to the availability of our private offices.
  11. To participate in this offer now, your move-in date must be a maximum of 30 days after the contract is signed, the first month and any deposits are paid.
