We have changed our hybrid coworking membership packages from daily to hourly.
Big Change #1: Day passes became hourly passes
We have converted all our coworking day packages to hourly packages.
What does it mean to you?
For example, the Hybrid 5 Days package provides you with 5 days of access to our coworking space each month. Now the same equivalent package (Hybrid 40 Hours) offers you 40 hours per month. 5 days of access makes 5 days x 8 hours = 40 hours. Therefore, the total access time remains unchanged. But the trick is that you can use your hours on different days. You are no longer limited to five days.
Big Change #2: Unused monthly passes and benefits carry over next months
In the past, we added monthly passes and benefits to your account according to your plan; however, these passes and other benefits (like meeting room credits, etc.) expired at the end of the month whenever we issued your next monthly invoice to you. So, essentially, you had one month to use your access passes and all benefits before they expired.
Not anymore! The new change allows unused monthly passes and benefits to carry over to the following month until the 12-month mark or until the contract terminates.
Our system will use the oldest pass you have first. You don’t need to worry about prioritizing the passes that are closest to expiration.
What does it mean to you?
For instance, you have a Hybrid 40 Hours membership and you did not use your hours for 3 months as you went on holiday or took a break, etc. When you come back in 3 months, nothing is expired or wasted; you will still have 3 x 40 hours = 120 hours of access to be used.
How will old members upgrade?
If you have a Community or VIP Unlimited membership, the upgrade is automatically applied to your account.
If you have Hybrid 5 or 10 membership, these membership packages have become legacy now, but still you can use them if you don’t want to upgrade. The upgrade is free and nothing changes except that you get all the extra benefits. So if you hold a membership for this type, please upgrade to new packages on the member’s portal or let us know.
