- Do you offer free coffee?
We do! We provide gourmet coffee such as latte, french vanilla, mocha, black coffee, variety of teas, cold juices.
- How can I get discount on meeting rooms?
There are a few ways you can get discounts on meeting rooms. First, all Coworking , Hybrid Team and Private Office members get complimentry meeting room credits. But if all you want is a meeting room to use from time to time, you may try these options for a discount:
- 5% discount on meeting rooms offered if you have Community membership for $40 per month. This membership additionally provides you 10 hours access to our space per month. It makrs sense if you want to arrive early and get prepared for your meeting in our common areas.
- 5% discount offered for our Virtual Office Basic membership and 10% for our Virtual Office Plus membership. While you park your company in our address, you can enjoy meeting rooms with a discount to meet your customers. Best option for home workers.
- Pre-purchase cash credits and get 2% to 10% discount on final purchase. These cash credits never expire so use them anytime. Learn more by visiting our Pay As You Go page.
- What are the public office hours at West Quay Offices?
The public office hours in West Quay Offices is 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday except Statuary holidays.
Certain Coworking plans and Private Office Plans offer 24/7 Access.
You can still book meeting rooms after hours or weekends, but the price will be around 50% higher and we sk a minimum of 3 hours of booking as we need to bring a staff member to side for you.
- How can I book a meeting room?
There are many easy ways to book a Meeting Room:
- Using our mobile application on your phone.
- Using the tablets that are located in front of the Meeting Rooms
- You will need to enter your user/pass
- OR easiest way tab your phone on tablet (you still need mobile application on your phone to do this)

- Can I bring outside clients in for meetings? Do I need to book a meeting room for this?
You can absolutely bring clients in for a meeting. It is required for all members to book a Meeting Room if the meeting won’t be conducted in a Private Office, since it can lead to the disturbance of other Members and as well as the intrusion of your privacy.
You need to register your visitor on our portal or mobile application in order for us to notify you at the arrival of your guests.
- Can I make online meetings (Zoom, Teams, etc…) and phone calls in Single Private Booths?
Online meetings and phone calls are prohibited in Single Private Booths due to them not being soundproof. Please make your online meetings on Small Meting Room or complimentary sound-proof Phone Booths.
- How do you clean meeting rooms before my meeting?
Meeing rooms are cleaned and sanitized after each meeting. Before your booking starts, air in room will be recycled and sanitized with our air purifiers. Click here to learn more about our air purifiers and what the y clean on air.
- What are the payment methods?
You can pay conveniently by etransfer, bank transfer, debit or credit cards.
