Our printing platform upgraded

We’re excited to bring you an upgrade to our printing services that will make printing a breeze!

We’ve switched from ezeep to ezeep Blue, which offers a bunch of awesome new features:

• Easier to Use: Say goodbye to printing struggles! New system has a super user-friendly interface that makes managing your printing jobs a breeze.
• Faster Printing: No more waiting around! Your print jobs will fly off the printer at lightning speed. 
• Print from Anywhere: Need to print something on the go? No problem! Our new system lets you print straight from your phone or tablet.
• Pull printing: You can print your documents from anywhere, but the printer will only release your print jobs when you scan your Member card in our printer room. This function will be available in around November 2024 after we upgrade our door systems and all Member cards.

Upgrading to ezeep Blue:

We were using ezeep before, now we use ezeep Blue. it is same provider but different platforms. So you will need to set this up as new once again.

1. Accept the invite to our ezeep Blue account you received today or are about to receive to your email address. Create a new account, do not try to login with your old ezeep account that you were using before.
   
2. Delete any ezeep apps or links that you may have used until now from your device. Including old ezeep user portal links.
   
3. Download the App & Log in:
   
   Mac – https://ezeep.io/macos
   Windows – https://ezeep.io/windows
   iOS/iPad OS – https://ezeep.io/ios
   Android – https://ezeep.io/android
   Chrome Browser Plugin and ChromeOS https://ezeep.io/chrome
   
4. Login and Print: Once you’re set up, log in and print anything you need from our printers in West Quay Offfices. It’s that easy.

Current Printers to Use

1. Toshiba e-Studio Main Printer is the main enterprise printer with the best quality you can get. Choose this for your print jobs.
2. Brother Backup Printer is offered as a backup printer as a failover.
