We are excited to inform you that our phone booths have been renewed. Privacy meets productivity with our newly upgraded sound-proof phone booths.
If you do not have a private office or have booked a Meeting Room – we strongly encourage everyone to use our upgraded phone booths for their phone calls or Zoom meetings.
Soundproof: Sound insulation is made from recycled materials to tune out office noise. Still, please be mindful of the level of your voice.
Built-in Desk: Desk to give you simple space for your big ideas.
Counter Height Chair: You can sit comfortably through your communications.
Motion Sensor: A smart sensor activates the LED light, helPINg you stay energy efficient.
Adjust lights: Adjust the temperature and level of lights with your mood during your communications.
Power Outlets: Two outlets keep you powered up for every charged work session.
How do I know if the phone booth is not occupied?
If you see a green light inside, that means you can enter the phone booth. and it is free for your use. Regular white light means it is occupied and please do not enter.
We would like to remind you of our rules about noise management: Try not to do Zoom meetings or have loud phone conversations in common areas like the lounge area or corridors. If you have to, try to lower your voice and your device’s speaker volume. Everyone understands that some level of noise is acceptable in the lounge area, but be reasonable about the amount of noise you create. Our phone booths can be used by any Member, they are free and do not require any booking.
