Our meeting rooms and private booths are automated in many ways, including lighting and locks. While you can always ask reception for help, you can fully control and book these rooms yourself.
Booking Resources on Display Tablets
You can book our meeting rooms and private booths with tablets located in front of the rooms.
Using Zoom for Bookings
Zoom for Bookings let you include your own meeting links whenever you book one of our meeting rooms or other resources.
Google Calendar Integration
You can enable Google Calendar Integration on the Members Portal and can then book resources in West Quay Offices directly from their Google Calendar.
Purchasing Products on the Members Portal
Members can purchase any product you make available on the Members Portal.
Your Team on the Members Portal
If you have a team configured, you can access your team details by clicking on the dashboard icon and then My Team.
Tracking Available Benefits on the Members Portal
Members can check all their current benefits and keep track of their credit usage on the Members Portal via Settings > Plans and Benefits > My Benefits.
Accessing Bookings on the Members Portal
Members with planned bookings can access their bookings from the home page of the Members Portal by clicking Manage bookings in the top right corner of the page.
