You can book our meeting rooms and private booths with tablets located in front of the rooms.
You can easily book resources directly through our mobile Passport app, as you would on the Members Portal.
You can enable Google Calendar Integration on the Members Portal and can then book resources in West Quay Offices directly from their Google Calendar.
Members with planned bookings can access their bookings from the home page of the Members Portal by clicking Manage bookings in the top right corner of the page.
