Managing Your Plan On Members Portal
You can change your member plan directly from the Members portal. All you need to do is click the cog icon on the side navigation menu and then Plans and Benefits.
Inviting and managing visitors
Visitors are people who aren’t current members of West Quay Offices. They are invited by our members to visit their businesses on a one-off basis. Each visitor needs to be assigned a host, who can be any contract owner or team member.
Bookings on the Members Portal
Members with access to the Members Portal can make bookings in three different ways from the navigation menu.
Accessing Bookings on the Members Portal
Members with planned bookings can access their bookings from the home page of the Members Portal by clicking Manage bookings in the top right corner of the page.
Tracking Available Benefits on the Members Portal
Members can check all their current benefits and keep track of their credit usage on the Members Portal via Settings > Plans and Benefits > My Benefits.
Purchasing Products on the Members Portal
Members can purchase any product you make available on the Members Portal.
Office 365 / Outlook Integration
You can connect your Outlook calendars with West Quay Offices. All you need to do is just enable the integration from your account on the Members Portal.
Managing your profile with mobile app
You can manage their own account through Passport mobile app as they would on the Members Portal.
Using virtual rooms for meetings on desktop computer
You can join any virtual room you have access to via Community > Virtual rooms on the Members Portal.
