This article only concerns you if you have installed ezeep before September 24, 2024, to use printers in West Quay Offices.

We have upgraded our printer management system from the legacy version of ezeep to ezeep Blue on September 24, 2024, which offers a bunch of awesome new features:

  • Easier to Use: Say goodbye to printing struggles! ezeep Blue has a super user-friendly interface that makes managing your printing jobs a breeze.
  • Faster Printing: No more waiting around! With ezeep Blue, your print jobs will fly off the printer at lightning speed.
  • Print from Anywhere: Need to print something on the go? No problem! We let you print straight from your phone or tablet.
  • Pull printing: You can print your documents from anywhere, but the printer will only release your print jobs when you scan your Member card in our printer room. This function will be available in around November 2024 after we upgrade our door systems and all Member cards.
