The first thing to consider is your volume, as sound travels easily in an open office, and certain areas may be designed to transmit sound to other parts of the workspace.
Phone Booths #
If you need privacy for a simple phone call, you can use one of the newly upgraded phone booths, which now have more space inside thanks to the Tardis design.
Small Meeting Room #
If you want to hold a Zoom or any online meeting but do not have a private office (or prefer not to use it), please book a small meeting room for an extended or group call. This room accommodates up to 4 people and features a 55″ 4K UHD TV for broadcasting your meeting, and it is also soundproof.
These meeting rooms are a lot cheaper than our large meeting room, and you already have a lot of complimentary booking credit dollars in your account. These credits will expire at the end of each month. So please consider using them. You can also book them easily by tapping your mobile phone or tablet at the entrance of the booking room. You can make last-minute bookings as well.
Informal meetings are part of coworking. If you’re hosting a formal meeting or need a screen to share private information, then the lounge area or your desk might not be the right location. You can book one of our two meeting rooms for full privacy and to look professional.
Tip
Unlike large meeting rooms, this one can be booked in as little as 30 minutes.
Large Meeting Room #
This meeting room can accommodate 8 people and is packed with everything you may need:
- 65″ 4K UHD TV that you can easily broadcast to your laptop or mobile device screen,
- Cisco Conference Call Phone.
- Wireless charger for two mobile phones at same time,
- Catering option.
If you intend to conduct informal or business meetings with more than four individuals, this is the ideal location.
Single Private Work Booths #
These are single work pods for a single person. We also provide a monitor in there so one can connect their laptop and work in harmony without getting distracted by surroundings or sounds.
Please DO NOT hold online meetings at these single booths.
They are not soundproof, and your meeting will actually echo throughout half of our 6,500 square foot office in a strange manner.
Lounge Area Work Booths #
These will provide you with minor privacy for your client meetings if you won’t be talking about top-secret deals. We have 6 of them and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Please DO NOT make loud meetings in work booths.
If you anticipate a loud meeting, we recommend using one of our meeting rooms, which also applies to online meetings.
Sharing is Caring
Work booths in lo0unge area are built for 4 people. If you are a single person using one of the booths, please share the booth with other people and do not use all areas in a booth for only yourself.
Dedicated Desks #
Dedicated desks provide a personal workspace, fostering community among professionals while ensuring security and comfort in a shared office environment. You may book a dedicated desk if you are a coworking member or have day access. Dedicated desks #1 to #3 offer a Dell monitor to connect your devices.
