Our honesty bar is an unattended beverage and snack bar by the entrance of the kitchen. It includes a two-door display fridge and snack rack. Snacks and beverages in the honesty bar are not free, as are our regular complimentary gourmet coffee, cold juice dispenser, cereals, etc.
Prices are displayed on tags and can also be seen accessing online menu. Payment is left to our members. If you grab beverages or snacks from honesty bar, you need to self checkout with one of the ways by paying.
You can easily choose one of the options or use multiple options to pay for goods:
- Order in our Member’s Portal or on our mobile app and grab items you ordered from the honesty bar. Items you purchased will be added to your next invoice.
- Use the mini tablet kiosk in the Honesty Bar section, login, and choose items you want, and they will be added to your next bill.
- Scan the QR Code displayed in the Honesty Bar with your phone’s camera, order on your mobile phone, and pay by phone using Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or a credit card.
- Visit reception in person to pay for items you grabbed or add to your next bill. While all other options are available 24/7, this option is only available during business hours, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

How do pay when I grab things from the Honesty Bar?
Adding to your next bill
This model applies to all members. You need to self checkout with one of the methods and anything you purchase from the Honesty Bar will be added to your next bill.
You must have an active membership contract with a credit card on file to use this option.

There are 3 ways to self-checkout and add to your bill
Purchasing products on member’s portal throough your desktop computer or laptop
- Visit member’s portal on your computer at https://members.westquayoffices.com
- On left-side menu, click on Product and Services
- Add items you want to purchase
- Checkout and grab items from the Honesty Bar
Purchasing products on Passport mobile app
- Launch our Passport mobile app (if you don’t have it yet, download in here)
- Click on the icon center bottom of screen
- Click on “Buy a product“
- Add items you want and check out.
Purchasing products by mini tablet kiosk by the Honesty Bar
This will be the screen you will see:
You can log in using either the Passport app or your email address and PIN code.
If you have the Passport app on your phone,
- Launch the Passport app and tap your phone on the tablet. It may take a second for your tablet to realize your phone’s presence.
- You will see the pop-up on your phone; “Would you like to connect with NexKiosk” and click on Connect.
- Switch to the tablet screen to add goods you want to grab.
If you don’t have the Passport app, tap on Login using email. Type your email address along with your PIN code.
You received their PIN code when you joined our space. It is the same PIN coder you use for internet access or to open locks on keypads. You can also find your PIN code by simply logging in to the member’s portal and clicking on My Account > Password.
PIN number is the same 5-digit number you use to access internet
and also unlock doors.
1. Tap on the Honest Bar category on the left side to see the products available.
2. Tap on the products you want to add to your cart.
3. Tap on the cart icon in the bottom right corner of the screen to review the products you’ve added to your cart and edit the quantity.
4. You exit the cart view by tapping the arrow in the top-left corner of the screen.
5. Tap Checkout once you’ve selected all your products.
If you are on a Team using shared billing,
If you are a part of Team in our work spaces, you may have shared billing, which means all sales will be invoiced to main paying contract owner (aka the Boss). If you want to pay for your beverages and snacks yourself, change the option from Team to “Paying Now‘ near the Price field. Items will now be added to your personal account.
6. Tap Add to Bill if you want to add this purchase to your next invoice.
All done, Grab your stuff.
Pay immediately using your phone (No app is required)
With this option, you can pay immediately by phone without adding items to your main service bill.
You will see these signs around the Honesty Bar:
Scan the QR code with your phone camera and launch the link.
Simply click and add items to your shopping card and check out when you are done.
Depending on your phone model, you will see Apple Pay or Google Pay at the top. This is the fastest payment option with a click.
You also have the option to pay by PayPal, Square Pay, or by entering a credit card.
All done, grab your items and enjoy.
Pay at Reception
The usual classic method. In a hurry? Ask our reception personnel to add items to your account or pay there with your physical credit card.
This option only available during business hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What if I forget to pay?
If you grabbed items from the Honesty Bar and forgot to pay, please pay immediately. If you did not make payment on the same day, please inform reception as well.
If you do not pay on same day or do not inform reception until next day; we will add these items to your account with a service fee.
Can I get discounts?
Yes, you can! You can purchase Honesty Bar cash credits in bulk and pay less for items. This only works with our “Add to your bill ” system where you can pay using Kiosk, in Member’s Portal or Mobile App.
Can I order on my desk?
Yes, you can order in our Member’s Portal or Passport Mobile App and go and grab your items from the Honesty Bar.
Can I provide monthly credits to my employees as a benefit and make them happy?
You should! Happy employees are always more productive. Please contact us to set up for you. You will also get discounts.
What if my visitor grabs items without paying?
Pay for them immediately or ask your visitor to pay. All visitors should register and not be left unattended in our work spaces at all times. Any person you invite to our spaces is your responsibility.
If your visitors grab items without your knowledge and do not pay, we will add these items to your account with a service fee.
