We keep track of mail and packages sent to you. When a mail or package arrives; we assign a barcode, take a photo, add it to our system and notify you.
Who qualifies for mail collection?
We offer mail collection and delivery service for these memberships.
- Coworking Memberships: Hybrid 5, Hybrid 10, Unlimited VIP and Unlimited VIP + 24/7 Access
- Hybrid Team Membership: All team members
- Private Offices: Contract owner and all team members
- Virtual Offices
In order for us to collect your mail or packages, the recipient person and/or company must be registered in our system and have an active contract with one of the above membership types.
We won’t accept mail for members without a paid contract or for “Community Membership” members.
How will you get notification?
When an email arrives, we will notify you with a few options:
Email notification
An email notification will be sent immediately with a photo of your delivery. You can pickup your delivery from reception by showing this email. Your email will have the barcode we assign for delivery so we can track it easily.
Notification in members portal
A notification on our member’s portal will pop up on the home page informing you that you have a delivery.
Notification on Passport mobile app
A notification in our Passport mobile application will popup on home page informing you that you have delivery.
How to collect your mail?
You can collect your deliveries in a few ways:
- Visit our reception and show the barcode on your notification email you received from us. You need to sign to collect your delivery. If you are sending someone else to collect your delivery, please notify us beforehand of the person’s name. Also, please make sure he/she has a copy of the notification email to show to us for collection.
- We can scan your mail, email you a scanned file as attachment and then destroy the original mail.
- We can forward you the mail by Canada Post. Additional fees apply.
How to see history of your mail collection and deliveries
You can see the history of your mail and package deliveries on the Member’s portal and Passport mobile application.
On Member’s portal
- On your browser, login to Member’s portal
- Click on Settings
- Click on Deliveries
You will find all your deliveries on date order and can see a photo of your delivery when you click on it.
On Passport mobile app
Launch our Passport mobile application on your phone and click on deliveries. You can see details for your delivery, if they are collected and labels.
Delivery reminders
If you have any uncollected deliveries, we will send you reminders in:
- 15 days
- 30 days
- 60 days
- 90 days
Any uncollected mail that remains in the box of the customer for more than 6 months shall be subject to a $2.00 per day storage fee.
