You can change your membership plan directly from the Members portal. All you need to do is click the cog icon on the side navigation menu, then Plans and Benefits.
The Plans and Benefits page lets you cancel your plan as well as switch from your current plan to a different one.
When you change a plan, you have the option to define your own start date, and you are notified of the end date of your current contract based on its settings.
