In just a few clicks, our members can print from their own devices to our on-site printers without having to download printer drivers or make complex configurations. Our dedicated ezeep Blue apps ensure printing is always pain-free for iOS, Android, Mac, Windows or just through a web portal.

Other members or pay as you go, Day Pass users can purchase printing credits if they want to use printers.
Activating printing for your account
And some members never use printing, printing is not configured as a default for new members. You need to ask reception to activate printing for your account or just email us. Than we will send you an invitation email to use ezeep Blue printing software.
Accepting the ezeep Blue User Invite
To start printing on West Quay Offices printers, you will receive an invitation via email from ezeep Blue. Follow the steps below to accept the invite and get printing right away!

- Go to your email and open the email from the ezeep Blue Admin. If it is not there, please check the junk (spam) folder as well.
- To accept the invitation, click on the link that is provided on the email
- Click on “create a new account” and follow the prompts
You are ready to print with ezeep Blue! First, get familiar with the User Portal.
Printers
Currently we have two printers:
- WQ Printer Main – Toshiba is the main enterprise printer with the best quality you can get. Always choose this for your print jobs.
- WQ Printer Backup – Brother is offered as a backup printer if the first one is busy or out of service, then choose this one as an alternative.

You can also install Ezeep as a printer driver on your system and directly print documents from your computers and mobile devices. Simply tap the links below to download the app for your device:
