Our reception hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, excluding statutory holidays. During this time, West Quay Offices are open to the public.

Member Access Hours
Our offices can be accessed 24/7 if you have a qualifying membership type. An access card and building fob have been provided to those members. If you do not, you can arrive at West Quay Offices after 9 a.m. and you must leave by 5 p.m.
