Members with access to the Members Portal can make bookings in three different ways from the navigation menu.
Available Resources
This page allows members to book resources based on their availability.
For example, if you just need a meeting room at a specific date and time, the available resource view can help them find the first available resource in just a few clicks.
Calendar
This page lets members book resources.
For example, if some resources are booked by the same teams, the calendar view can let other members know when the resource is used and anticipate it by booking it ahead of time.
Floor Plan
This page lets members book resources based on the different available floor plan items.
Members can switch between the different booking pages by clicking the relevant option in the top right corner of the page.
