You can manage their own account through the Passport mobile app as they would on the Members Portal.
Simply tap on the three-dot icon in the bottom left corner of the screen to access your account’s menu.
This menu lets you easily:
- Access and edit your profile.
- Access your latest activity, including your plans, bookings, purchases, tickets, deliveries, visitors, and enabled integrations.
- Access all your invoices and pay due invoices directly through the app.
- Access all the FAQ and Perks articles.
- Open new help desk requests and track all your open and closed requests.
- Sign out of the app.
