Managing your profile with mobile app

You can manage your own account through the Passport mobile app as you would on the Members Portal.

Simply tap on the three-dot icon in the bottom left corner of the screen to access your account’s menu.

This menu lets you easily:

  • Access and edit your profile.
  • Access your latest activity, including your plansbookingspurchasesticketsdeliveriesvisitors, and enabled integrations.
  • Access all your invoices and pay due invoices directly through the app.
  • Access all the FAQ and Perks articles.
  • Open new help desk requests and track all your open and closed requests.
  • Sign out of the app.
