Booking Resources on Display Tablets

You can book our meeting rooms and private booths with tablets located in front of them.

When booking with the display tablets, you can log in with the email and password you use to log in to the Members Portal or just tap the tablet with your mobile phone if you have our mobile Passport application installed.

Booking made through tablets

are automatically registered on your account, and you can later edit them using the Members Portal or the mobile Passport app.

Display tablets don’t currently support the following:

– Recurring bookings
– Bookings over multiple calendar days
– Adding visitors to bookings
– Adding products to bookings
Customers can use the Members Portal or Passport app to make these types of bookings.

Booking a Resource using Display Tablets #

  1. Wake up display.
  2. Tap Book.
  3. Select a Quick book option or Manually select date and time.
  4. Log in.

You have two ways to log in:
Scan QR Code – Open Passport mobile app, tap on the QR Code tile, and scan your code.
Use your email and password – add the email and password you use to log in to the Members Portal.

  1. Select a start and end time for the booking if you haven’t already.
  2. Tap Confirm Booking.

All set! A message pops up to confirm your booking.

You also receive an email with your booking details.

If you are a member, booking charges will be deducted from your credits. If you do not have enough credits, it will be added to your next invoice. If you are not a member, we kindly ask that you settle your booking payment at the time of reservation.

Booking a Resource Using Display Tablets and the mobile Passport App #

You can easily book resources using Display Tablet and the Passport app.

  1. Open the Passport app on your phone.
  2. Log in to your account if you haven’t already.
  3. Tap your phone next to the Display Tablet display.
  4. On the Passport app a notification will popup, select Book Resource
  5. Select a start and end time for the booking.
  6. Under Desks, select Change and select a unit manually if you don’t want the auto-assigned unit.
  7. Tap Add to Basket.
  8. Tap Confirm.

All set! A message pops up to confirm your booking.

You also receive an email with your booking details.

If you are a member, booking charges will be deducted from your credits. If you do not have enough credits, it will be added to your next invoice. If you are not a member, we kindly ask that you settle your booking payment at the time of reservation.

Checking in to a Booking #

Members can easily check in using Display Tablets with a few taps.

You’ll be automatically checked in if you make the booking less than 15 minutes in advance.

  1. Wake up Display Tablet.
  2. Tap Check in.
  3. Select your booking.
  4. Tap Check in again.

All set! You’ve successfully checked in to your booking.

Extending a Booking #

Members can easily extend their bookings with a few taps on the tablet.

Non-members can’t extend bookings that have already been invoiced.

  1. Wake up Display Tablet.
  2. Tap Extend booking.
  3. Select your booking.
  4. Tap Extend.
  5. Select a Quick Book time or Manually select date and time.
  6. Enter the username and password you use to log in to the Members Portal.
  7. Confirm or select the time you want to extend.
  8. Click Confirm.

All set! You’ll receive a confirmation email for your extended booking. It may take a few moments for Display Tablet to display the updated times.

Ending a Booking Early #

Members can easily end their bookings early with a few taps on the tablet. The booking end time will be rounded to the next quarter-hour.

Ending bookings early won’t trigger any refunds. It simply releases the resource for other customers to use.

  1. Wake up Display Tablet.
  2. Tap End current.
  3. Select your booking.
  4. Tap Confirm.
  5. Open your email.
  6. Click the link to confirm you’d like to end your booking early.

No further action is required after clicking the link.

All set! You’ll be redirected to the Member’s Portal. You can find your amended booking time under Upcoming bookings.
